Executive Director Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing the business architecture framework for the client onboarding processes for the Investor Services and Clearance & Agency businesses as well as defining the underlying workflows that will deliver improved customer experiences. This position will create, articulate, and periodically iterate a strategic roadmap that reflects a vision around a highly satisfactory client onboarding experience as well as business priorities and execution considerations. This role will also oversee definition and development of the product specific workflows that will drive tangible improvement to our clients onboarding experiences. Create the strategic vision and roadmap for onboarding with Product, Service, Operations and Technology partners. Construct onboarding planning and strategy documents to support ongoing socialization, program reviews, and planning sessions. Manage the team that will develop product specific workflows to support the Investor Services and Clearance & Agency businesses. This includes developing plans regarding how enterprise onboarding tools (e.g. SKYC, Documentation Manager) need to be intergrated into the specific Investor Services and Clearance & Agency workflows. Develop business cases in order to fund and launch specific projects. Support annual investment-related budget cycle through organization, communication, and presentation of recommended strategic and tactical initiatives as well as ongoing financial forecasting. Insure that Investor Services and Clearance & Agency requirements are reflected in the plans of enterprise tools so that they meet the onboarding needs of the Investor Services and Clearance & Agency businesses. Provide analytics and basic level of metrics related to onboarding programs to track/report progress and opportunity. Help drive the creation of reporting within onboarding programs to provide transparency and benefit measurement across process and tool improvement agendas.Requirements:
