General Description Establish and maintain personalized service with AnchorBank customers. Counsel customers in the selection and use of AnchorBank products and/or services to meet their needs. Provide support and assistance to Retail Branch network and Support Departments. Establish new accounts and service relationships with AnchorBank customers. Qualifications CERTIFICATE/DEGREE/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: None.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Two years direct sales or teller experience OR two years public contact/customer service experience required. Telephone experience required. Teller or Personal Banker experience preferred.SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Previous computer experience in a window environment required. Strong multi-task and organizational skills required. Word processing and OnBase experience preferred.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent required.COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Extensive telephone contact with customers and AnchorBank personnel. Direct contact with AnchorBank personnel.Consideration may be given to education/experience in lieu of these requirements.
