Experience working with Justice related technologies including: Global Justice XML Data Model (GJXDM), National Information Exchange Model (NIEM), IEPD Development, JIEM Modeling, Justice Integration and Interoperability, Justice and Public Safety, Computerized Criminal History and other Crime Information Systems, Law Enforcement Messaging Switch3. Experience in architecting, designing, developing and installing Justice and Public Safety Solutions in a complex and organization wide environment4. Experience in using a structured service delivery methodology5. Experience in creating UML-based (graphical) or other standards-based architectural models6.
